Appointments T&Cs

please read the following before making an appointment. 

When booking in for a colour service - please select your desired colour service, then select a finishing service (whether that be a haircut or ‘blowdry after colour’ if you ARE NOT having a haircut.)

If you do not select a finish service, we may need to change your appointment time.

Please note that your booking is a request and is subject to approval. If you have any questions in regards to making an appointment, please phone us on 62851216.

Cancelling or rescheduling?

We kindly ask that you give us a minimum of 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your confirmed appointment date and time.

If you cancel within the 48 hour notice period, you will be requested to pay a cancellation fee of 50% before any future bookings are made.

New to us?
A non-refundable booking fee of $50 will be required to seccure your appointment.

This fee will be taken off the total cost of your appointment.

If your appointment is cancelled, you will forfeit this booking fee. If you need to reschedule your appointment the booking fee will be carried over to your new booking. 


Running late?

If you are running late, we may not be able to perform your complete service. It is important to appreciate that our salon runs on exact times to avoid inconveniencing our scheduled appointments.

No Shows

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be requested to pre-pay 100% of any future appointments.
